An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with strong interpersonal skills to join us as a Community Link Worker, working on a flexible bank hours contract.

You will be working for our Chain Reaction service, which is commissioned by Newcastle City Council and supports older people (55+) to live independently in the community.

This role offers a real alternative to building-based day services; the service is flexible and personalised and works with older people to support them in deciding what they would like to achieve and how to make this happen.

The service offers a variety of support, from sorting out financial worries to organising outings.
