Senior Business travel consultant
Senior Business Travel consultant required for Out of hours work for this expanding TMC.

They are looking for 2 OOHs business travel consultants ideally with galileo but they will cross train from another GDS.

salary up to 33k plus bonus, 4 on 4 off shift pattern between 9pm to 7am.


OOHs business travel consultants duties

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients dealing with an OOHs queries questions and bookings.
  • Deal with emergency calls from clients
  • Make bookings using galileo, including flights, hotels, car hire and rail

OOHs business travel consultants' skills required.

  • Strong background within business travel, ideally in an OOHs role but this is not essential.
  • Ideally Galileo trained but they will cross train from another GDS
  • Excellent flights knowledge
  • Good problem solving skills.

Please note:

This role requires 9 weeks of daytime hours to start with for the support and training by the day time team before this person will move on to full time nights shifts.
