    Early Years Teacher

    Newstaff are looking for qualified Early years Teachers to work as supply cover assignments in nursery, infant, and primary schools across Leighton Buzzard.
    If you are a qualified teacher looking for a better work life balance, variety and flexibility working as a supply Early Years Teacher could be what you are looking for. You will have the opportunity to work part or full time covering in daily, weekly or longer-term assignments.
    Working as a supply EYFS teacher is a rewarding and vital role, you will be helping to create a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment for the children in the absence of the class teacher.

    Essential requirement:

    • Qualified with Batchelors Degree in Education or similar, PGCE AND QTS

    • Previous experience working in EYFS children in an educational setting.

    • Experience and knowledge of learning through play.

    • Patience, adaptability, and genuine passion working with Primary school students.

    • Able to manage classroom behaviour.

    • Must be a passionate and dedicated teacher that can creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

    Newstaff are committed to safeguarding children; successful applicants will require an enhanced DBS, with further vetting checks including references. If you have lived outside the UK for more than 6 months in the past 10 years you will need to provide overseas 'police good conduct' check.

    Please note this role is only suitable to candidates that live within commutable distance to Leighton Buzzard.
