Description

I am looking for a Digital Strategist to join a fast growing business in Shoreditch.

This is for senior Account Director/Director level experience.

Ability to work fully independently, comfortable not having a large team of junior resource
Predominantly pure play digital and not digital comms experience
Ability to strategically advise on different digital technologies strategically (doesn't need to be deep technology experience)

Area of interest - Innovation plus more "nuts and bolts" delivery such as website development, app development, omni-channel strategy, chatbots etc

Combination of high margin, fast delivery lower revenue projects and larger longer engagements
Comfortable with the conversion of small projects into bigger accounts

Functional Skill Set - Digital strategy with some client services
Ways of working - Experience working more closely in the product management and technical development space

Entrepreneurial and startup mentality
Comfortable working autonomously
Willing to contribute to all aspects of a project, even more menial aspects of delivery where required
Comfortable working on a range of projects
Comfortable not always having a clearly defined process
Comfortable working at a fast pace
