Job description
to support sales team with administrative tasks, telesales and provide first class customer service.

  • Answer customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently onto INTACT IQ and efficiently whether originating from phone, website or at request of a colleague
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
  • Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
  • Maintain workflow enabling our delivery standards (SLA's) to be maintained
  • Prioritise (and process) quotes.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up sales or get feedback
  • Generate leads and pass on new business to account managers
  • Personally resolve most enquiries escalating these only as a last resort
You will be expected to carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties


Experience Required:


  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Aptitude for understanding practical / technical matters.

Desired experience:


  • Experience of sales systems and telephone systems (INTACT IQ, ERP or Salesforce)
  • Administration experience.
  • Ideally experience gained in a similar role in related sector. These include Construction, Building Suppliers, Wholesalers, Plumbing and DIY
