What You'll Do:


As an Intern, you'll be embedded in the department and have the chance to participate in the daily operations and assist on projects that have a real impact on our business.

You'll perform administrative duties, work on department-specific research projects, and support the team with ad-hoc daily tasks.

Interns may be asked to complete an end of summer assignment or pitch (either individually or in assigned teams) utilizing the knowledge they have acquired over the course of the summer.


As well as providing Interns the chance to learn from industry experts, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in Endeavor wide events and build upon your industry network; this includes a welcome/farewell, speaker series, career planning workshops, team projects, and other valuable initiatives throughout the 8 weeks you're with us.


Endeavor's 2023 Internship Programme will be conducted in-person and run for 8 weeks from Monday 3rd July 2023 until Friday 25th August 2023.

This is a 40 hour per week, paid internship position, and will be based at City Road, London.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
Licensing

  • Assist the sales team with the development of appropriate tools, materials and presentations as required
  • Ensure all stages of deal negotiation, contracting, contract and financial management are entered/recorded within IMG's licensing management systems
  • Update and maintain the Creative Resource Toolkit for selective clients
  • Liaise with licensees for sales and royalties information
  • Continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
Marketing

  • Assist the brand team in coordinating licensee marketing initiatives
  • Liaise with the IMG Communications Team and share updates on licensee and client activity
Product Development

  • Support licensees to ensure smooth running of design approval process and adherence to the relevant brand guidelines
  • Coordinate product and packaging approvals, samples and deliveries in close collaboration with the brand team
Other

  • You may also be required to carry out any other administrative duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job
Unusual Challenges or Circumstances e.g. shift(s)/ unsocial hours/ travel etc

  • Travel may be required as per business requirements
  • Working with clients and colleagues in the USA, Europe and Asia and adapting to timezone requirements.

  • A basic understanding of, and strong desire to build a career in the gaming, sports and/or entertainment industry
  • Be committed to the programme to both your departmental work and the extracurricular activities
  • Maintain professionalism and always represent Endeavor in a positive manner (including onsite at events and tours)

Important Dates:

  • 9th April: Applications close.
  • Mid-April: Roles will be filled on a rolling basis, with the goal of extending all offers by this date.
  • 3rd July: Internship starts.
  • 25th August: Internship ends.
