- Compensation up to £38,000 depending on experience
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday
- 35 hours per week
- Prepare and review various legal documents related to property transactions
- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other involved parties
- Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
- Manage different types of property transactions like freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, among others
- Assign tasks within the team and work towards financial targets
- Identify and address training needs within the team
- Ensure accurate completion and timely submission of all paperwork
- Verify financial details such as taxes, fees, and mortgage payments
- Attend closings to oversee proper document execution and fund disbursement
- Maintain meticulous records of transactions and client details
- Stay informed on property laws and regulations
- Proven experience in a Conveyancer or similar position
- Solid understanding of property laws and regulations
- Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities
- Proficiency in IT systems for document management and research
- Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions
