Description
We are looking for a GLP Quality Team Lead to join our team in Glasgow.

You will have a degree in Life Sciences or a related field and strong quality management experience in a GLP environment.

The Quality Team Lead will be responsible for administering, maintaining, implementing, and improving the GLP Quality Management System.

They will hold a high-level understanding of relevant scientific procedures to ensure studies, processes, methods and techniques comply with the principles of GLP, with study plans and with Sartorius SOPs and policies.

The GLP Team Lead Quality will perform audits and inspections of study plans, amendments, study activities, processes and facilities.


What you will achieve with us

  • Coordinate and maintain a GLP compliant Quality Management System (e.g. quality manual, SOPs, master schedule etc)
  • Perform supplier audits and inspections
  • Conduct audit and inlife inspections of studies and processes
  • Host inspections conducted by clients and regulatory agencies (eg. MHRA, FDA etc)
  • Have supervisory responsibilities for the direction and development of the Quality team members
  • Provide technical assistance and training to Quality and Operations personnel to ensure compliance with principles of GLP
  • Address any issues of noncompliance decisively and competently
  • Ensure quality is an integral part of all processes and procedures
