    Description
    RESPONSIBILITIES

    - Work closely with Maintenance, Operations, and Integrity teams to develop the 21-day Schedule for operational activities.
    - Manage and execute Maximo Change Requests, including writing or modifying PMRs, creating and modifying Jobplan and PM data records, maintaining the asset database, and issuing new Tag numbers.
    - Provide operational reports on Maintenance performance metrics.
    - Facilitate maintenance and inspection optimization in Maximo, including Maintenance improvement projects and data analysis.
    - Analyze and implement ICP Actions & Recommendations in the CMMS (Maximo).
    - Analyze reasons for backlog in work orders, report issues to management, and reschedule work orders.
    - Provide Safety Critical Scheduling/Backlog data to Oil & Gas Authority based on Maximo analysis.

    Key Responsibilities for all workers:

    - Understand client Policies regarding HSE, Risk Management, and Major Hazards.
    - Familiarize with the client Management System and its implications on daily work.
    - Recognize associated risks for People, the Environment, Assets, and Reputation (PEAR).
    - Report incidents, near misses, hazards, and suggest improvements.
    - Know roles and responsibilities, participate in job or HSEQ training.
    - Utilize provided resources appropriately.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    - Technical Degree/HNC or equivalent engineering qualification, preferably with a Technical Degree/HNC in Computer Programming/Systems.
    - Experience in production operations and scheduling is crucial.
    - Proficient in MS Office packages, especially MS Excel, Access, and Word, as well as relevant WMS (Maximo).
    - Skilled in using SQL for SQL Server databases and handling large CMMS datasets.
    - Familiar with analytical reporting tools like PowerBI or Cognos.
    - Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills for identifying improvements.
    - Clear and analytical thinker with high attention to detail.
    - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
