We are now recruiting for Contract Processing Agent


The purpose of this department is to ensure that customers leaving Focus Group are efficiently managed and that all early termination fees are calculated and presented to the customer in line with the off-boarding process.

Compared to industry standards,we do not have a high number of clients leaving us as our customer experience is a main priority from beginning to end.


Main duties of this role are:

  • Keep up to date with new cease cases and process onto the system.
  • Follow up the customer instructions and ensure all information provided is correct.
  • Ensure all paperwork is ready for the customers services to be switched off.
  • Ensure early termination fees are calculated correctly in line with ongoing contracts across all product areas.
  • Ensure financial requests are raised accordingly, so billing ceases.
  • Update daily, weekly, and monthly tracking data for analysis and continued monitoring.
  • Escalate any issues to management in a timely manner.
