    Full job descriptionJob SummaryDays:

    Mon-Fri 08:30-15:30Location: SloughStart date: September 2024Salary: £130 - £150Do you have experience teaching children aged 4-11?Are you passionate about music education?Could you confidently coordinate a range of exciting and inclusive extra-curricular activities?Could you lead choirs, whole class instrumental clubs, or singing assemblies at an excellent standard?Empowering Learning seeks a talented music teacher, who eats, sleeps, and breathes music, to deliver our bespoke curriculum as part of PPA cover, and a variety of music clubs to primary school-aged children at one of our fantastic partnering schools.

    This is a permanent position and the ideal candidate must visualise working with us long term.


    The successful candidate must:
    Be confident in their ability to teach outstanding lessonsDemonstrate enthusiasm and passion at all timesHave excellent behaviour and classroom managementMotivate and inspire children to excelBe consistentThink outside the boxBe autonomousCommit long termWe're busy building our dream team, so will only consider teachers who fulfil our wish list

    Essential Requirements:


    2 years + UK primary music teaching experienceDBS ClearanceAble to engage and inspire at all timesA strong classroom managementMust be able to integrate in the school community and organise extra curriculum activities and concerts.
