Carpenter - £200 per/day + Benefits - London
**The Role
Are you well organized, reliable, able to understand and follow clear processes and instructions, and like being hands on with your day-to-day work? If so, we are looking for you.
We are a London-based construction company, building high-end properties in and around the capital. Our construction business is expanding, and we want to build a new team for the future. A proactive and experienced Carpenter is currently needed to jointhe team.**Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of a Carpenter include, but are not limited to:
- Carpentry first and second fix of all types.
- Have a good level of understanding in general construction, ideally trade qualified (carpentry preferred), and CSCS Card
- Responsible for being the point of contact between workers and Project Manager.
- Coordinating tasks for the day oversee quality of the site in accordance with drawings.
- Activities on site are in line with health and safety procedures including conducting Toolbox talks.

The key skills and qualities of a Carpenter are:
- Possess a CSCS card.
- Qualified in carpentry with a minimum 4 years' experience.
- Able to read and follow architects' drawings.
- High standard of work, attention to detail and highend finish.
- Able to work as part of a team and alone.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Live no further than 10 miles from N20 and able to travel into London.
- Punctual, reliable and flexible.
- Have good written and spoken English.
- IT literate and can learn to use the latest cloud software products for health safety and construction management.
- Be highly selfmotivated and have experience of delivering high quality projects in a pressurised environment.
- Joinery: 4 years (preferred).
- Carpentry: 4 years (required)
- SMSTS (preferred).
- Driving licence.
