**The Role
Are you passionate about sales and events? Are you an outgoing and creative individual looking for an opportunity to join an innovative team?

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Event Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing company.

As an Event Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providingexcellent customer service.

You'll be joining a fast pace, fun and dynamic office. As the company takes its business to the next stage (pun intended).

**Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of an Event Sales Executive include, but are not limited to:

  • Be the first point of contact for all enquiries, through all forms of channels.
  • Prepare proposals for prospective clients.
  • Ensure an effective follow up procedure is adhered to for all enquiries.
  • Ensures enquires are responded to in a timely fashion.
  • Ensures that the correct administration is completed and efficiently filed.
  • Ensures all bookings are up to date with booking status, contact details and actions on the CRM system.
  • Manage enquiry log and manage diary of availability.
