    Description
    *Graduate Recruitment Consultant - full training provided.*Exciting opportunities for new graduates.
    Based in *Fareham*, near Portsmouth, full time, 5 days a week.
    Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is one of the leading technical recruitment consultancies in the UK. Based on the picturesque Cams Hall Estate business park on the edge of Fareham, close to Portsmouth. We are looking for several new graduates to train as Graduate Recruitment Consultants.

    If you are finishing your degree this year and would like to start a career in a fast-paced business, this role could be a great opportunity for you.

    We can arrange start dates for anytime in May, June, or July.

    These positions will suit ambitious graduates who have an excellent telephone manner and a desire to do well in a business environment.

    You will be paid an excellent basic salary with commission and performance related bonuses.

    Your expected first year On Target Earning will be around £29,000.*The job role will include:*- Developing and maintaining relationships with professional, award-winning clients.- Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
