    Administrator (Building Access Controller) - Reading, United Kingdom - Amentum

    Description

    Currently, we are looking for a Project Administrator / Concierge to join our team.

    Primary Purpose of the Role: Providing coordinated administrative support for the corporate building at the client site.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Supporting implementation of Amentum and AWE processes
    • Maintaining facility services and reporting on various aspects like cleaning, stationery, and IT issues
    • Front desk staffing and building resident support
    • Controlling building access
    • Ensuring cleanliness and liaising with cleaners
    • Understanding client processes, Security, and Safety measures
    • Reception, administrative, and facility concierge duties
    • Coordinating activities across departments
    • Managing new hires induction and training activities
    • Scheduling appointments and meetings, IT Support, Maintenance management
    • Ordering office supplies and arranging services like working lunches
    • Supporting emergency response duties
    • Day-to-day support for the Building Manager

    Education: Preferably GCSE education or equivalent.

    Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is beneficial, and training can be provided.
