An exciting opportunity for a
Trainee Recruitment Consultant to come into the world of recruitment Based in the Halifax area with free parking, you will be joining a team environment with support, training and further career development.

Our clent supplies recruitment solutions, both temp and perm, across multi sectors including Industrial, Technical and Commercial, Engineering, FMCG amogst others.

There is no cold calling needed - no targets either - just simply recruitment at its very best.
Where possible, you may upsell when talking to existing clients where opportunities are identified (new business development is done by the BDMs - therefore this is a service bias role.

Your role will cover:

Being very Active on platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards and networking events
Provide exceptional service standards for customers and applicants alike
Grow and develop existing and new accounts
Sell the company's temporary and permanent recruitment services
Writing and posting job adverts
On site check in
Client service reviews
Have a confident and forward thinking outlook
A passion to progress in a career in recruitment
Driven by financial rewards not KPIs and targets
Thrive in busy working environments and can be reactive to changing situations
Ability to multitask it gets very busy
Able to use Microsoft packages and databases
Must be able to drive and have a car
Can demonstrate creative and quickthinking, with passion and drive to succeed
Have first class communication and organistional skills

Salary is open DOE up to £25k - this will be enhanced by one of the leading commission structures in the industry - here you really can realistically earn an OTE in the region of £35/40k level

Hours are 8am to 5:30pm mon-fri with little-no oncall or need to work outside this although must be flexibile to stay on if required.
