    A great opportunity is available for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role as a Sales Director at a leading Recruitment Solutions company in Europe.

    About the Company:
    You will be joining one of Europe's largest Recruitment Agencies, equipped with the latest technology and a talented team to drive growth and bring innovative solutions to clients.

    Job Overview:
    This role involves developing new business opportunities for managed services solutions in countries such as Spain, Germany, Holland, Belgium, France, and Luxembourg.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Report directly to the European Board to convert brand awareness into long-term partnerships
    • Collaborate with the bidding team to target clients in sectors like FMCG, Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics, Call Centre, and Construction
    • Engage with diverse stakeholders from C-Suite to Board level
    • Create and implement strategic plans, monitor market trends, and ensure compliance with company values
    • Aim to secure new business and contract wins

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated success in European Recruitment Sales
    • Experience in B2B sales on an international level
    • Knowledge of European markets and trading processes
    • Proficiency in languages like Spanish, Italian, German, or French is advantageous
    • Excellent organizational and financial skills
    • Ability to manage workloads effectively
    • Experience in preparing RFI's, Bids, and Tenders
    • Thorough understanding of recruitment processes, costs, and regulations

    Occasional travel to the headquarters is required, with most client meetings conducted remotely.
