Description
Das Team des The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna sucht eine Lady oder einen Gentlemen als: Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:Verkauf von sämtlichen Veranstaltungsarten wie Meetings, Konferenzen, Incentives, etc.
Eigenständige Verantwortlichkeit für den Verkauf sogenannter Social Events, wie Hochzeiten, Geburtstage, etc.
Führen von professionellen telefonischen und persönlichen Verkaufsgesprächen in englischer und deutscher Sprache, in Hinblick auf die bestmögliche Auslastung unserer Banketträumlichkeiten und optimalen Zusatzverkauf
Einholung von Angeboten von Fremdfirmen (Rahmenprogramm, Equipment, etc.)
Erstellen und Kontrolle diverser Angebote und Verträge für unsere Kunden in englischer und deutscher Sprache
Hausführungen und Detailabsprachen der Veranstaltungen
Kontrolle der gestellten Banketträumlichkeiten und deren technischer Ausstattung, sowie der Veranstaltungsabläufe
Koordination von Veranstaltungen und Durchführung von pre- und post-event Meetings
Fungieren als Ansprechpartner zwischen den Kunden und dem Hotel während des gesamten Veranstaltungsprozesses
Durchführung von verschiedensten Meeting wie z.B. BEO Meetings, block reviews, usw.
Arbeiten mit dem System Opera Sales & Catering
Folgende Voraussetzungen bringen Sie mit:
Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, innerhalb der Luxushotellerie von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
Eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Österreich
Aufgeschlossene und kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit mit Führungserfahrung und Widerstandsfähigkeit in Spitzenzeiten
Hohe organisatorische und rhetorische Fähigkeiten
Aufrichtiges Bemühen um das Wohlergehen unserer Kunden und deren Wünschen
Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und sehr gute Umgangsformen mit unseren Ladies und Gentlemen
Sicherer Umgang mit allen MS-Office Programmen , OPERA-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Das gesetzliche Brutto-Mindestentgelt basiert auf der Lohngruppe 3 im Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte in der Hotellerie. Eine Überzahlung ist garantiert und vom Qualifikationsprofil, sowie Berufserfahrungen abhängig. Sales incentives sind vorgesehen.
