FinTech RS are supporting one of our clients based in Dyce who is looking for an Accounts Assistant on a full time, permanent basis.


Our client is looking to expand their in-house finance team by taking on an experienced finance/admin professional to assist with Purchase Ledger duties, as well as some operational support including sales invoicing and organising bookings of field engineer visits.


Duties will include:

  • Inputting sales orders into Sage
  • Sales Invoicing
  • POs
  • Purchase Ledger processing
  • Scheduling workloads for field engineers
  • Database management


My client is offering a hybrid platform for this role, 3 days in the office with 2 days at home.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
