Description

Role:

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our partner schools on a permanent basis.
You will work closely with teachers to support the educational and social development of students.

Responsibilities:

Assisting teachers in the preparation and delivery of lessons
Providing oneonone or small group support to students who require additional assistance
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assisting with the supervision of students during lessons and other school activities
Supporting teachers in assessing and recording students' progress
Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies

Requirements:

A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
Flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced environment
A proactive and resourceful approach to supporting teaching and learning
Relevant qualifications or experience in education (preferred but not essential)
