This job post is for hours from Monday to Thursday with Friday as a day off.
This role is focused within Beacon Medical Group's Prescription Hub, supporting patient-facing administration functions with an experienced prescription team.
You will be responsible for providing a safe and accurate prescription service to patients, processing acute and repeat prescriptions in line with practice processes and KPIs. The role will involve offering a range of services to patients, including receiving and processing medication requests both in person and electronically, as well as maintaining effective communication with patients, primary healthcare team members, pharmacies, and other healthcare agencies.
