Full-Time Teaching Assistant - Support for Children with ADHD Location: Southfields

Are you passionate about providing support to students with special educational needs, particularly ADHD? Reeson Education is currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Teaching Assistant to support two children with ADHD in Year 3 at a mainstream primary school in Southfields.

Provide one-on-one and small group support to two children with ADHD, focusing on their academic, social, and emotional development.

Assist the class teacher in implementing individualised support plans and strategies to meet the specific needs of the students.

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to monitor the students' progress and adjust support strategies as needed.
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in supporting students with ADHD or other special educational needs.
Strong understanding of ADHD and strategies for supporting students with this condition in an educational setting.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support students' learning and well-being.
