    Beacon Support Worker

    Beacon Victim Care Service

    Hertfordshire Police and Crime Commissioner has entrusted Catch22 with the responsibility of delivering the Beacon Victim Care Service in the region.

    Catch22 Victim Services offer personalized assistance to individuals in order to help them navigate and recover from the aftermath of criminal activities.

    As a Beacon Support Worker, you will be the designated professional offering support to victims and witnesses.

    Your role involves fostering and maintaining strong relationships with victims by providing a blend of practical and emotional support that engenders trust and confidence.

    You will engage, advise, and empower victims to feel supported by delivering a customized package of assistance tailored to meet their specific risks and requirements.

    We are seeking a proactive, skilled, and innovative individual with a positive mindset.

    In this role, you will represent Catch22 as a reliable expert, whether liaising with clients, networking, or advocating on behalf of clients with external services or entities such as law enforcement, witness support, or housing providers.

    This is a full-time position with 37 hours per week.

    Contract:
    Permanent

    The role entails a blended work approach, including office presence, remote work, and client visits throughout Hertfordshire. *Flexible working arrangements are available.
    A valid driving license and access to a car are mandatory for this position.
    Flexible working options include occasional remote work, accommodating flexible schedule requests when feasible for service delivery.
    You will receive 28 days of annual leave along with bank holidays, which increases to 33 days plus bank holidays after 5 years of service.
