    What does theFinance Directorat Collinsondo

    The role of the FinanceDirector is to have responsibility for delivering financialperformance for the companyfinances for EMEA/APAC regions throughinsight driven decision making. The role will interact heavily withtherelevant senior leadership and be a senior business partner tothe EMEA/APAC business. This role will have broad
    responsibility across corporate and operational financialand accounting functions such as: managementaccounting monthlyclose processes monthly reporting statutory accounting forecastingbudgeting modellingreturn on capital investment planning andanalysis and other valueadded financialanalysis.

    This is a handson leadership role thatrequires leadership at both highlevel complex accounting andfinanceresponsibilities as well diving into the details on adaytoday basis.

    This role is ultimatelyresponsible for the accuracy completeness and timeliness offinancial reporting for thevarious lines of business. This is anexciting time for the business with major capital investments andnew projectsunderway including planning a transition to a newaccounting system and part of a Finance Transformationprogramme sothis role will suit someone who enjoys fast pace and bringingfinancial discipline and organisationto entrepreneurial businessunits.

    The position will also work closely withthe finance department of ADs Lounge Management partners andwillhave oversight of required financial reporting and planningbetween AD and the Lounge Managementcompanies.

    KeyResponsibilities of this roleinclude:

    Reportingand Financial Analysis
    To produce monthlyquarterly annual financial reports and analysis to supportmanagement andcommercial decision making plus any other ad hocreports as required
    Prepare monthly financials with valueadd commentary for Collinson Board
    Working closely withHead of Commercial to prepare financial modelling and business caseanalysis for allnew ALD opportunities
    Managing thebudgeting and forecasting processes throughout the year andaccompanying analysisreporting

    Management and StatutoryAccounts
    Prepare monthly managementaccounts for EMEA/APAC including Balance Sheet and Cash Flowstatements
    Consolidate AD Global accountsmonthly
    Prepare all statutory financial accounts andstatements

    JV Partners Clients andSuppliers
    Liaise with ALD JV partners andagree to ensure Collinson financial reporting and standards areadhered to
    Develop an understanding of key businessprinciples of ALD main suppliers
    In conjunction withCommercial team to review Client contracts to maximizerevenues

    Other

    Liaisewith other Group functions Group FP&A Group FC Tax AuditLegal CoSec to ensure ADcompliance and Group reportingrequirements.
    Conduct financial due diligence onpotential acquisitions and JV partnerships
    Act asstrategic business partner to the senior leadership withinEMEA/APAC
    Actively participate in supporting the successof the Finance transformationprogramme.

    Keyskills and experience to be evidenced within your applicationincluded;

    Professionalaccounting qualification: ACCA ACA or CIMA
    Provenextensive experience in a relevant role and relevant experience inleading finance teams
    Strong problem solving and abilityto make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
    Extremely knowledgeable and experience leading in all elements offinancial planning
    forecasting accounting principles andfinancial data analysis
    Strong interpersonal skills withthe propensity to successfully foster new and maintain longstanding
    business and intercompanyrelationships
    Excellent communication skills both orallyand written and people skills
    Superior quantitativeanalytic and financial modeling skills
    Ability to be ableto multitask manage your time and have strong attention todetail
    Ability to work on multiple projectssimultaneously and able to meet tight deadlines asrequired
    High level of integrity and dependability
    Proven ability of working under pressure
    Experience of working within an international organisation andwithin a multicultural environment
    Must possess a can doand hands on attitude and work effectively in a teamenvironment

    The rolerequires a commercially astute individual who can manage thecomplexities of managing multiplecommercial initiatives across theregion in a fast growing and dynamic environment.
    Thisperson will be a numbers and data insight driven person who can usethis insight to help drivebusiness cases and work collaborativelyto deliver more value.
    With strong gravitas the roleholder will be comfortable working with and negotiating withseniorcontacts across the travel and airport industries to secureand deliver commercial propositions.
    They will be afocused and organised individual who is a selfstarter who thrivesworking in a complexenvironment helping to solve important businesschallenges.
