About the role


We are looking for a Bid Coordinator to join our Strategic Engagement team where you will be working closely with and supporting the Strategic Engagement Lead to ensure end to end processes for bids and tenders operate efficiently and opportunities to win new business are maximised.


You will work across multiple technology bids and tenders in the public and private sector and you will be required to support the timely review of new tendered opportunities in response to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotes (RFQs), and other competitive procurement opportunities.

You will also collaborate closely with multiple teams across Aspire to curate bid support materials e.g. maintaining our bid library and common data set of tender information.


What you will be doing

  • Bid process management including:
  • Identification & Triage of new opportunities.
  • Supporting the presentation of new opportunities to Sign On / Sign Off.
  • Maintaining Bids & Tenders Tracker, Portals & Frameworks Registers.
  • Completing supplier questionnaire information for tenders.
  • Identifying collateral from the Bid Library for responses.
  • Collating lessons learned from successful/unsuccessful bids.
  • Curating exemplar reusable content for the Bid Library.

You will suit the role if you have

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly capable user of MS Office tools.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Previous experience with IT managed services products/services beneficial.

Salary
Starting salary £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location and Working Arrangements
You will be based at Aspire's Gateshead Head Office with travel as required.

We offer hybrid working where possible to support work-life balance.


Hours of Work
Full time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday
