Our Dementia Assessment Service is based in Horsham but covers all of the North of West Sussex Horsham, Crawley, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill. The team is made up of RMNs, Psychiatrists , Psychologists, OT , Community Support Workers and administrators. It is a very experienced , knowledgeable team with expertise in dementia making a very rewarding service to work in.
Main duties of the job As Team Leader you will ensure all staff receive clinical and managerial supervision, that the referral process works effectively and that work is allocated appropriately. You will monitor progress of our performance targets and other performance measures. You will oversee the whole functioning of the team.You will also be part of the wider group of Team Leaders in the Specialist Older Adults Services in the North of West Sussex.
