Culture Guru is recruiting for a Content Creator & Designer - specifically with experience in developing and designing marketing literature using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva design.

The Content Creator & Designer role at this well-established environmentally-aware firm, progressing through an exciting transformative time within its business journey, will suit someone who can develop high-quality written content for various marketing materials and can create visually appealing images, graphics, and infographics for use in marketing collateral, social media posts, advertisements, and other promotional materials.

Role Requirements;

Create visually appealing images, graphics, and infographics for use in marketing collateral, social media posts, advertisements, and other promotional materials. Utilise design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva to produce professional and engaging visuals.
Capture and edit highquality photographs that effectively represent the brand's products, services, or events. Ensure that the images are consistent with the brand's style and enhance its visual identity.
Assist in developing and designing marketing literature, such as brochures, product catalogues, sales presentations, and promotional materials. Ensure that the literature communicates key messages effectively and adheres to the brand's visual guidelines.
Provide support to the product management team by assisting in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering. Help in gathering product requirements and assisting in the development of product positioning and messaging.
Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing materials. Ensure that all content and design elements align with the brand guidelines and reflect the brand's values and positioning.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver content and design assets in a timely manner. Actively contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines. Check for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors, ensuring that all written materials maintain a high level of professionalism.
Maintain a wellorganised library of digital assets, including images, graphics, and design templates, for easy access and retrieval. Ensure that all files are properly labeled and stored in a centralised location.
Content Creation creativity and imagination with a passion for Design and Content
Graphic Design proficiency in design softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Product Management experience would be beneficial
Branding and Visual Identity proven experience
