    Finance Officer Position - Join an exciting and growing housing provider!

    Are you a self-motivated individual looking to make an impact in a well-known housing provider? If you have experience overseeing bank reconciliations, managing the purchase and sales ledger, and processing a large volume of invoices, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

    Robertson Bell is excited to partner with this up-and-coming housing provider in their search for a Finance Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great time to be a part of this organization as they are expanding their team and portfolio of private properties.

    In this Finance Officer role, you will:

    • Play a crucial role in maintaining the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of a high volume of invoices.
    • Take on responsibilities for accounts receivable duties, overseeing the direct debit process efficiently.
    • Conduct bank reconciliations for multiple accounts, ensuring accuracy for the production of monthly reports.
    • Provide valuable support to both internal and external stakeholders by promptly addressing queries.

    Located in West London, this role offers a hybrid working setup, requiring two days in the office per week. The successful candidate will enjoy benefits such as an above-market-rate pension, generous annual leave, and the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Minimum one year of experience in a Finance Officer role, with strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
