We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and organised Guest Assistant to join our team to manage the night-time operational running of the property, taking full responsibility for all aspects of the Hotel over the night.

Role Responsibilities
This is a hands-on role where a large proportion of the night will be spent walking the floor.

You will manage the night-time operational running of the property, taking responsibility for all functional areas of the property ensuring our customers are receiving service that exceeds their expectations and that brand standards and processes are followed.

From setting up function, providing guest service and hosting the out of hours residents bar.
