The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment have partnered with a well-established business based in Oakham, who are actively recruiting for an Business Support Administrator to join their vibrant team full time, permanent basis.
As an Business Support Administrator, you will have an ambitious attitude with drive and passion for customer service.
The Business Support Administrator will be a member of the Business Support team, assisting in the day-to-day running of business support systems, processes and procedures.
Daily responsibilities could include:
- Onboarding new starters within the Business Support team
- Teaching them system knowledge and requirements.
- Supporting the internal team with errors and system packs.
- Maintaining the database, improving the level of feedback on a daily basis.
- Assisting with logging complaints on the system.
- Constantly liaising with both the Business Management System Coordinator and Financial Controller to ensure an excellent service.
- Implement of the business management software system/procedures to meet the needs of the business.
- Maintain correct compliant requirements for the companies procedures.
You will be passionate about building relationships, while working both in a team and being able to use your own initiative in situations.
You will have a Can-Do attitude, and have leadership qualities which may be necessary for onboarding new starters.More jobs from SF Group
