The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high qualitymulti-professional learning environments within the care group and will be required to work locally within services where inter-professional learning opportunities can be promoted.
The post holder will be required to support the breadth of the student experience, which may require cross boundar.Assessing the quality of a range of practice learning
environments, determining interventions to sustain and enhance
practice education; ensuring all service areas have an up to date
action plan in place.
- Supporting and facilitating the development of clinical practice
support structures in order to build education in practice
capability, consistency and efficiency.
- Leading on the structuring and coordination of interprofessional
- Developing, cocoordinating, evaluating and implementing
provider partners.
Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust was created on 1 October 2019 following the merger of two adult acute Trusts, Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust.
The merger provides an opportunity to reconfigure services in a way that provides the best healthcare services to the city and improves the quality of care and health outcomes that patients experience.

- Lead on the structuring, design and delivery of interprofessional
practice supervisors/assessors, within the Trust.
- Work in partnership with the HEIs and relevant training providers
programmes for practice supervisors/assessors in order to meet
the learning needs of different professional/staff groups, and to
ensure that the facilitation of inter-professional learning
outcomes is included.
- Lead on the development, implementation and review of
educational policy.
