Head of Finance - Family Office.

£60,000 - £80,000 + Bonus & Benefits.

GiBe Finance are delighted to be managing an exclusive and retained search to hire a Head of Finance to look after the family office and investments of a high net worth family.

This family have a portfolio of well known global businesses totally in revenue in excess of £1billion. This role however is looking after their family wealth as their personal Head of Finance.


The successful Head of Finance is likely to be a qualified accountant (_ACA, ACCA or equivalent)_ and have ideally have both a technical and commercial accounting background.


This role is offering the chance to directly support one of the UKs most entrepreneurial business leaders, you will directly business partner them and their family on a daily basis.

They have several offices in London, however this is also offering hybrid working.


The Role
This role sits within the back office / family office of a high net worth family. Between then they run in excess of 6 global businesses so there is so much to get involved in.

Think of this as being the go to finance lead on all accounting and investment matters.

The successful Head of Finance will be involved in the following:

  • Investment appraisals.
  • Business case analysis on new launches and ventures.
  • Financial and management accounting.
  • Bookkeeping.
  • Tax and banking management.
  • Payroll.
  • Personal Tax management.
  • VAT returns.
  • Analytical reviews on business performance.
  • Act as a true leader when it comes to processes, controls and systems.

Your Profile


We are looking for an innovative people person who wants a varied finance role working for a high net work individual.

This could suit someone with an audit backround, someone looking for a change or someone with family office experience.

London based, but hybrid working.

If you tick the following boxes then great

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • Investment appraisal experience.
  • Hands on with VAT, Tax and basic bookkeeping.
  • Have experience of working for a high net worth individual or family office.
