Content Lead - Manchester City Centre (hybrid working - 2 days office based) - Up to £45,000 + Bonus - Insurance

Our client is one of the fastest-growing UK insurance groups, with some of the most recognisable providers operating under their umbrella.

They've shared considerable success via a large focus on innovation, collaboration, and customer empowerment across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content plan aligned with business strategies and seasonal priorities.
Content Creation: Produce engaging and relevant content across the website, as well as for all online and offline advertising channels.
SEO Management: Take ownership of SEO content, with the objective of improving search positions and collaborating with PR agencies to support campaigns.
Compliance: Ensure all content, advertising, and communications meet industry regulations and internal compliance standards.
Project Support: Collaborate with other teams to support development projects and other business channels.
Team Management: Manage and mentor a Content Executive, providing guidance and support for their professional development in a fastpaced environment.

Skills and Experience:

3+ years in Content Marketing related role
Experience in planning, copywriting & writing SEO optimised content is essential
Line management experience you will be managing one individual
Previous experience in a leadgen related business highly desirable
