Are you looking for your next Digital Marketing opportunity? Do you have a background in CRM strategy and are looking to develop your skillset?

Juice is delighted to be supporting a prominent creative agency, based in Bristol, in their search for a CRM Strategist to join their talented team.

This is a great opportunity that will see you working with some of the most well-known brands such as Disney, McDonald's, Cunard, and P&O Cruises as our client goes through an exciting period of growth.

In this role, you will be a critical member of the teamdeveloping and orchestrating the CRM strategy for clients delivering against their KPIs.


Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding the client's strategic goals across a variety of midlevel projects
  • Generating and presenting briefing documents with a clear strategic approach
  • Interpreting complicated information into clear and simplified explanations
  • Producing captivating strategic narratives using data and insights
  • Delivering strategies against client KPIs
  • Building strong working relationships with agency stakeholders
  • Researching industry updates, case studies, and education sessions to be shared with the wider team
  • Presenting to managerlevel client contacts using strategy data and insights

About you:

  • Demonstratable interest in CRM
  • Previous experience using datadriven insights
  • Ability to create a compelling narrative using data and insights
  • Confident user of Microsoft programs
  • A fantastic communicator with great attention to detail
  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritize
