Finance Administrator - Bookkeeper
Part Time - Ideally 2 Days
£27,000 (pro-rata)
As a Finance Administrator your duties will include:
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Creating and chasing invoices
- Assisting with payroll
- Assisting with reconciliations/VAT/Tax related matters
- Processing all expenses
- Preparing budgets
- Manage existing internal contracts renewals
As a Finance Administrator you will have the following skills:
- Previous experience as a Finance Administrator or Bookkeeper
- Previous knowledge of Xero or similar is ideal
- Highly proficient on Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
