Finance Administrator - Bookkeeper

Part Time - Ideally 2 Days

£27,000 (pro-rata)

As a Finance Administrator your duties will include:

  • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Creating and chasing invoices
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Assisting with reconciliations/VAT/Tax related matters
  • Processing all expenses
  • Preparing budgets
  • Manage existing internal contracts renewals

As a Finance Administrator you will have the following skills:

  • Previous experience as a Finance Administrator or Bookkeeper
  • Previous knowledge of Xero or similar is ideal
  • Highly proficient on Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
This position is part time, ideally 2 days a week - Wednesdays & Thursdays
