We are recruiting on behalf of an amazing and growing client based in Mansfield who has a great
opportunity for a
Mortgage Customer Service Support/Administrator

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.


The main tasks of the role will include:

  • Processing mortgage payments and redemptions
  • Carrying out a variety of mortgage administration tasks
  • Handling mortgage completions, including liaison with solicitors and communication with customers
  • Providing a professional and efficient service to existing mortgage customers and brokers
  • Carrying out system testing, which also improves knowledge and experience
  • At least 1 years' experience in a customer service environment (desirable would be a highly regulated/mortgage environment)
  • Administration experience
  • Experience of delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Able to work alone and use initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge of mortgage lending legislation
  • Team orientated individual
  • Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to change
  • Positive "can do" attitude and desire to achieve business targets
