We are recruiting on behalf of an amazing and growing client based in Mansfield who has a greatopportunity for a
Mortgage Customer Service Support/Administrator
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
The main tasks of the role will include:
- Processing mortgage payments and redemptions
- Carrying out a variety of mortgage administration tasks
- Handling mortgage completions, including liaison with solicitors and communication with customers
- Providing a professional and efficient service to existing mortgage customers and brokers
- Carrying out system testing, which also improves knowledge and experience
- At least 1 years' experience in a customer service environment (desirable would be a highly regulated/mortgage environment)
- Administration experience
- Experience of delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Able to work alone and use initiative
- Excellent organisational skills
- Knowledge of mortgage lending legislation
- Team orientated individual
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to change
- Positive "can do" attitude and desire to achieve business targets
