    Customer Service Co-ordinator

    Company: Rail Client based in Birkenhead


    Duration:
    6-month contract

    Salary:
    Competitive
    Hours: 7.30am- 4pm, Mon to Thurs, 7.30am-12.30pm Fri.


    We are currently looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team in Birkenhead for a 6-month contract.

    Key Duties & Tasks:

    • Handle communication with external & SISCO customers ensuring efficient responses and accurate information recording

    • Lead order book reviews with customers

      • Provide delivery information to Business Managers regarding key customers
      • Monitor customer OTD for all assigned customers
      • Represent the customer's voice in daily production meetings
      • Offer feedback on delivery issues to customers
      • Collaborate with Production Planning, Material Planning, and Operations to meet commitments
      • Participate in Project Reviews
      • Understand and meet the expectations of key customers
      • Provide precise technical and cost information on M&D inspection reports and ensure timely issuance
      • Enter and manage customer orders in the MRP system
      • Confirm orders to customers within 3 working days
      • Ensure all orders are properly documented via LTSA or Quotation
      • Respond to customers' Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and inquiries
      • Coordinate with customers for order rescheduling
      • Consider capacity limitations when inputting customer orders
      • Manage Repair Sales & GRN efficiently on a daily basis
      • Oversee and advance the NSI process
      • Support Sales Administration team members
      • Ensure sales administration processes comply with internal procedures and minimize risk
      • Assist Sales Order Administrator when needed

      General:

      • Ensure compliance with company's Health, Safety & Environmental guidelines
      • Take on additional responsibilities within your skills and abilities

      Working Relationships:

      • Customer Service Manager
      • Collaborate closely with Sales Administration team, Business Managers, Material Planning and Production Planning
