Job Purpose

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Executive that will coordinate and create content to assist the implementation of the Troy Group strategy.

Working within the dynamic Marketing Department, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to continually improve the way we develop our to market strategies.

This role will suit someone looking for a fast paced and exciting diverse range of challenges.

The role will require the use of a range of marketing media platforms including websites, e-communications, social media, virtual events, training assets and external PR as well as deploying campaigns and content and reporting and measuring success rates.

We need someone to hit the ground running in our busy marketing department so experience in a similar role is essential as well as a marketing degree or equivalent on the job marketing experience

The role will require someone to:

Effectively liaise with stakeholders to organise content and ensure deadline delivery
Manage multiple and diverse projects with varying deadlines
Maintain multiple marketing platforms ensuring they are kept current, relevant and effective
Content creation and copy proofreading
Evaluate analytics and provide continuous improvement recommendations
To be a proven team player with the ability to adapt and be flexible
Have a proactive attitude with an hands on approach and ability to work under pressure
To demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to build effective stakeholder relationships
Attention to detail and organisation skills are essential
