The HR Service Administrators role is an integral part of the department, and you will work within a small dedicated HR team, to support the delivery of an efficient and professional HR Service to all stakeholders.

Previous experience of working in HR is essential.

This post is full-time, although other working patterns could be possible.


Job Purpose


To provide comprehensive HR administration and to support the Group HR Manager, ensuring HR files are maintained to ISO standards.


About you:


You may already be an Administrator in a smaller business who deals with the company's HR activities and ready for more a challenge, or you may be a good HR Administrator ready for a fresh challenge.

Certainly, you can demonstrate success in your current role and can add value to our HR team.

You will have experience of maintaining systems and procedures and possess good IT skills.

Excellent organisational skills, accuracy and a high level of attention to detail; the ability to manage your own workload and work effectively as part of a team or independently.

We need you to have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Also the ability to deliver a high level of customer service. Confidentiality is essential.

Working knowledge of Cezanne HR Management system or similar is desirable


Key Accountabilities

  • Forming and maintaining employee records to ISO quality standards
  • Managing internal HR Management system
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
  • Preparing HR documentation such as contracts, letters and reports
  • Providing administrative support for recruitment
  • Communicating with external partners
  • Processing New Starters and Leavers to ISO quality standards
  • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
  • Providing continuous improvement recommendations
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety and quality management
  • Providing administrative support to the Group HR Manager

Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
