Job Purpose
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will offer support with E-Commerce within the
Troy family. Working both with internal stakeholders and the Troy member community, the
content, refreshing merchandising within key product categories, and supporting customers and
users with any website related issues. This is a brand-new role in an emerging function with Troy
and it's an ideal opportunity for someone who relishes a challenge and has a key eye for detail.
Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, you will be mentored from experts in the field, having the
opportunity to gain a broad range of skills from all aspects of E-Commerce.
Key Accountabilities
- Daytoday merchandising and trading support for all websites operated by Troy
- Use the available content management systems and PIM to maintain products andcontent, ensuring that the customer has the optimal information at all times on the frontend
- Directly assist the Head of E-Commerce and the IT team in delivering Troy memberwebsites, gathering requirements, and coordinating content and product related tasks
- Updating website content to support new initiatives, ensuring that pages are SEO friendly and fit within an optimal customer journey
- Use analytics and other performance tools to report on web performance forstakeholders and draw insight from the available information to drive growth
- Make recommendations to the wider team regarding trading opportunities that areapparent from the data collected from analytics and other website data sources
- Onboard members and customers into our emerging B2B websites
- Be the first port of call for support requirements for sites that Troy operate
- Contribute to the development roadmap with key E-Commerce suppliers to ensure that new initiatives are delivered for Troy and our members
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure that website campaigns are taggedcorrectly for analysis
Key Skills and Behaviours
- Ideally some experience in working on a small transactional website or another website platform
- You will need excellent interpersonal skills the role will have a lot of interaction with
- The ability to review and interpret data and articulate insights both in written reports and in meetings, an analytical mind would be a distinct advantage
- Good organisational skills and a selfstarter; you will have the opportunity to use your own initiative to deliver results
- You should be a true team player who enjoys working in a fun but professional environment.
