    A leading domiciliary care company based in Oxfordshire is seeking a Care Manager to join their expanding service in Wantage. This company is dedicated to making a difference in the community and is renowned for providing exceptional care.

    Responsibilities of the Care Manager:

    • Ensure quality and consistency throughout the service
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, service users, and stakeholders
    • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations
    • Effectively manage the team and boost staff morale
    • Drive growth in hours among private clients

    Requirements for the Care Manager role:

    • Prior experience in domiciliary care management
    • Driver with own vehicle
    • Ambitious individual with a passion for challenges
    • Thorough knowledge of CQC regulations
    • A team player committed to delivering excellent service
    • Level 5 qualification or working towards one
