    Job Title: Patient Coordinator for Leading Fertility Clinic in Central London

    Salary: Up to £30,000 based on experience

    Working Hours: 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday

    Location: Central London

    Type of Role: Permanent

    About the Company: Our client, a prominent Fertility Clinic in Central London known for exceptional success rates, is on the lookout for a dedicated Patient Coordinator. The clinic is committed to assisting individuals in their journey towards parenthood, ensuring thorough patient care and continuity, making this role crucial for supporting patients emotionally.

    Job Description: They need an enthusiastic and caring individual to join their team as a Patient Coordinator. Your main task will be to guide potential patients through their fertility journey, offering information, guidance, and support from the initial contact stage. Your superior communication skills and empathy will help create a positive and reassuring experience for all prospective patients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for potential patients, addressing inquiries via various channels.
    • Provide clear information on services, treatment options, procedures, and costs.
    • Educate patients on available fertility treatments and procedures.
    • Offer emotional support and resources for counseling if needed.
    • Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with fertility specialists.
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping and data protection.

    Skills & Requirements:

    • Degree in a related field preferred.
    • Prior experience in customer service or patient-facing roles essential.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
    • Proficiency in computer systems and databases.
    • Positive attitude and a desire to contribute to the business's growth.
