The International Production Coordinator at Play Sports Network, helps to organise and schedule the filming of YouTube content across our German, Japanese and other international channels.

You'll primarily be working for the GCN auf Deutsch and GMBN aufDeutsch channels, but will also spend time supporting the GCN Japan channel and other GCN international channels, where required.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get into Production Management / Coordination, who also wants to practise their language skills with native speakers every day.

You'll need to be organised, personable and passionate to work in our International Production Team.

Day to day, you'll be helping our international teams to plan shoots across the world, organise travel, hotels and other logistics associated with ProductionCoordination.


The Role:

  • Coordinating staff schedules and deliverables for YouTube content
  • Coordinating the production and release schedules for your assigned international channels
  • Costing and booking shoots, equipment, staff and travel for PSN international channels
  • Hiring crew and contractors
  • Booking all required sets and props for international channels
  • Arranging permits, licences, clearnaces, and risk assessments for shoots

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Organisational skills you'll need to organise a number of diaries and schedules
  • Native / bilingual in at least one other major language (Spanish, Japanese, Italian, German, French or Dutch)
  • Influencing skills to get all team members on board with your plans and schedules and ensuring that they turn up on time
  • You may have Production Coordination/Management, PA or Executive Assistant experience (Production experience preferred)
  • Adaptable and calm sometimes situations can change quickly, so you'll be good at staying calm and fidning solutions
