We are working with a very reputable client based in Belper who are looking to hire an experienced Scheduler that can provide effective diary management and scheduling of field resource to ensure that all planned work is maximised to the highest level.


To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

  • Previous experience of using an automated scheduling platform
  • Computer literacy, including excel and the ability to understand reports and data is important.
  • You should have excellent communication skills and be confident liaising with the Field Management team, Engineers, and External Field Agents to ensure scheduled compliance is achieved.
  • The ability to control diary management ensuring an efficient, effective scheduling platform is maintained.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the capability to work well alone and as part of a team.

Within this position, you'll also be:

  • Provide effective diary management utilising an automated platform to schedule external field agent's workload
  • Oversee and optimise planned workload ensuring maximum efficiency is achieved.
  • Accurate "Down Time" Diary management to control and manage resource and workload.
  • Utilise reports to align workload demands against resource
  • Take responsible for diary housekeeping and maintenance of planned work
  • Deliver effective communication to internal and external customers in a professional and appropriate manner.
  • Provide support to other teams within the department when needed

Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £ 26,200 per annum plus bonus

Working hours are Monday to Friday rota between 8am and 6pm with 1 in 5 weekends (time back)
