    Managing Consultant /Project Lead IAM

    (Identity and Access Management)

    Skills and Experience:

    nProject Lead or Managing Consultant in the Big 4 or other large consultancies, that has experience in delivering consulting projects.nExperience working with leading IAM technologies such as SailPoint, ClearSkye, CyberArk, Delinea.n5 years proven project management experience within IAM.nDelivery of large scales IAM projects, Ideally in SailPoint and/or PAM technologiesnIn-depth knowledge of IAM principles, standards, and best practices.nExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.nAbility to manage multiple projects in parallel.nExperience with IAM technologies such as identity governance and privileged access management.

    nFamiliarity with regulatory requirements related to data privacy and securitynProficiency in project management tools and methodologies


    Responsibilities will involve:


    Develop detailed project plans covering all phases: Definition, Design, Build, Test and Implementation,nEstablish clear project scope, milestones, and criteria for success/acceptance.nPlan specify project objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.nAssist the project team in gathering requirements and prioritizing deliverables to align with project goals, particularly regarding security.nMaintain resource plans to ensure timely engagement and optimal utilization of project resources.

    nDefine and actively manage the project budget to prevent overruns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization throughout the project's lifecycle
