You will collaborate with a team of experts to ensure fair outcomes for customers and the Bank by rectifying past issues efficiently and accurately. Each project will present unique challenges requiring your analytical skills to provide customers with appropriate financial redress promptly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and solve problems effectively.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and methodologies.
- Contribute to defining populations of impacted customers and designing calculations for financial redress.
- Work on analyzing financial redress outcomes and preparing quality assurance reports.
- Assist in project closure activities to ensure all necessary actions are completed.
- Numeracy skills in financial products analysis.
- Experience working with data sets and communicating findings to stakeholders.
