Graphic Arts Group is a growing company in the Print, Promotional Merchandise and Signage business, dedicated to delivering excellent service to our clients.

We're currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join our Finance team, and it's a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous experience in a finance administration environment and can work well in a team.

You will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our finance department as a key member of our small but busy team.

To be eligible for the role, you should have a good general education, at least five years of relevant office experience, an accounting qualification for example AAT Level 3, excellent communication and organizational skills, a professional and pleasant telephone manner, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

You should also be accurate and detail-oriented, have good IT skills, and be familiar with Sage 50 accounting.

The role is part-time for 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, spread over 4-5 days with flexibility within the 7.30am - 4.30pm window.

You'll also receive the part time equivalent of 28 days of paid time off annually, including bank holidays.
