We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Executive to join our branch in Welham Green.

Salary:
£26, £28,000.00 pa basic

Monday to Friday / 09:00am - 17:00pm

Motus Truck & Van is one of the largest Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle dealerships in the UK. With sites across East Anglia, Hertfordshire & Essex, our facilities are staffed by experienced professionals who specialise in providing support to businesses of all shapes and sizes.

Not only can we supply new and used trucks and vans, we also offer an array of aftersales services, including overnight vehicle servicing and MOTs, tacho calibration, genuine parts and more.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Establish vehicle availability in line with customer requests
Arrange demonstration vehicles after qualifying the request thoroughly in order to maximise the sales opportunity
Progressing outstanding orders within service level agreements
Keep customers informed about product changes, delays and price increases
Arranging vehicle deliveries, preparing and completing all relevant paperwork
To provide support in order to gain high levels of customer satisfaction
Act as point of contact for customers and prospects, ensuring all clients are dealt with courteously & efficiently and that any required actions are implemented
Provide sales team with the necessary office and account administration services to support their sales efforts
Prepare & analyse reports as requested
Monitor damage to vehicles from the delivery agents & where necessary make the appropriate claims
Provide administration cover within the department as and when required
Prepare general correspondence as requested.
Ensure that within their area of operation all Company procedures and minimum standards are met and that all statutory requirements including trading standards, fire, health and safety are adhered to.
Handle all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and ensure the S&B/Mercedes-Benz experience is delivered to all contacts at all times.
Specialist projects as agreed with the Sales Manager to support the business requirements of the organisation.
To carry out any other reasonable duties requested by the Sales Manager.
Excellent communication skills and organisation skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships
Good telephone and interpersonal skills
Must be accurate and show attention to detail
Ability to work to tight deadlines and cope under pressure
Able to work as part of a team
Must be able to develop knowledge of vehicle specifications and vehicle ordering systems
Computer and keyboard skills
