Description
Temporary Administrator required - 3 month plus role - £10.75ph plus holiday pay.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Loss Prevention Administrator to start asap.
Working as part of a team within this busy firm, you will be responsible for supporting with all incident reporting and administration with regards to incidents happeningwith their warehouses and stores.
- Looking over cctv footage and making reports.
- Contacting 3rd parties such as police to process reports.
- Preparing documents and tracking information.
- Keeping manager details up to date.
- Reviewing and updating claims.
- Taking calls.
- Logging all information.
- Reviewing all investigations and making notes.
We are ideally looking for someone who has come from an administration background, and also ideally either a security or retail background so you will have potentially had previous or similar experience.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to investigate and analyse information / footage.
- Be confident speaking to managers, 3rd parties.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Good record keeping skills.
- Be able to work with confidential information.
- Excellent IT skills.
There is parking onsite and holiday pay is paid on top of the pay rate.
