Temporary Administrator required - 3 month plus role - £10.75ph plus holiday pay.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Loss Prevention Administrator to start asap.

Working as part of a team within this busy firm, you will be responsible for supporting with all incident reporting and administration with regards to incidents happeningwith their warehouses and stores.


  • Looking over cctv footage and making reports.
  • Contacting 3rd parties such as police to process reports.
  • Preparing documents and tracking information.
  • Keeping manager details up to date.
  • Reviewing and updating claims.
  • Taking calls.
  • Logging all information.
  • Reviewing all investigations and making notes.


We are ideally looking for someone who has come from an administration background, and also ideally either a security or retail background so you will have potentially had previous or similar experience.


  • Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to investigate and analyse information / footage.
  • Be confident speaking to managers, 3rd parties.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Good record keeping skills.
  • Be able to work with confidential information.
  • Excellent IT skills.
This role is office based and working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

There is parking onsite and holiday pay is paid on top of the pay rate.
