    Business Designer (Microsoft Power Platform) - Tooling Salary: Up to £39,000

    We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Designer with expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves crafting business solutions using Power applications and presents an exciting opportunity for someone keen on advancing their career in this field.

    If you have a solid knowledge of Nationwide's products and processes, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy investigating and resolving issues for customers, then the Business Designer position within the Remediation Centre of Excellence could be the ideal fit for you.

    The Remediation Centre of Excellence is a specialized capability within Nationwide that swiftly absorbs knowledge and gains insight into emerging issues to facilitate the necessary remediation for affected customers.

    About the Role:

    • Develop workflow and case management solutions
    • Provide support to operational and project teams
    • Conduct in-depth analysis and produce solution options
    • Design new or optimized processes
    • Ensure solutions are tested and meet requirements
    • Collaborate across departments to ensure timely delivery of work
    • Build positive relationships with key stakeholders

    About You:

    Essential requirements:

    • Experience with Microsoft Power Applications and/or MS Access
    • Ability to produce process maps and design documentation
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience working with stakeholders
    • Professional and proactive approach

    Desirable qualifications:

    • Knowledge of Nationwide's products and processes
    • Experience in Power Platform applications
    • Professional certifications
